maintains the proprietary rights on the LaGrange Welding Electrode line and
is to this day the only source available for this product. |

the company offers other proprietary products to our marketplace in addition
to the welding line such as specially formulated high tech lubricants and
custom manufactured bolt and fastener systems. |

to our success, in addition to the
fine quality products and service, would have to be the elimination of the
middle man. Farmers Choice sells and deals directly with the end user. As a
result of this relationship with our customer, we feel very knowledgeable to
the needs of our marketplace and we are constantly working hard to develop
