The state-of-the-art electrode for welding every known grade of cast iron—heavy sections or thin—and for joining these cast irons to steel.

The computer controlled coating produces welds that represent the optimum relationship between tensile strength and machinability. 

Typical Applications: 

Weld all Grade 30-40-50 gray cast irons, all thicknesses, in all positions. Engine blocks and diesel heads, gear boxes, transmission housings, differentials, machine bases and presses.
